It is a ring adorned with a real vintage Czech glass button from 1920s.
From the Art Déco style, the glass button is round and features fine golden lines on the top and is fully gilded on the side. Worked with resin and rests on a brass support. The support can adapt to fit the width of your finger. The whole is assembled by hand, fixed with the help of a resin for jewellery.
